Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Beagle CRM. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Beagle CRM is provided by Beagle Software Limited (company number 15815186), registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@beaglecrm.uk.

2. The service

Beagle CRM is a hosted customer relationship management product. We provide it on a subscription basis and may add, change, or remove features to improve the service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. You must give accurate registration information and be at least 18. The person who creates an organisation is responsible for the users they invite.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Beagle CRM to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • send unsolicited marketing in breach of UK PECR/GDPR;
  • upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service;
  • store data you have no lawful basis to process.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed per seat through Stripe. New accounts may include a 14-day free trial. Fees are stated exclusive of VAT unless said otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Failed payments may lead to suspension after a retry period.

6. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you put into Beagle CRM. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data you load about your own contacts and customers.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance and will aim to minimise disruption.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms or fail to pay. On termination you can export your data for a limited period before it is deleted, subject to our retention rules.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish a new version number and notify account holders of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
