Small business CRM
CRM for small businesses that quote, deliver, invoice and support
Somewhere between five people and fifty, the spreadsheet stops working. Leads get followed up by whoever remembers, quotes live in someone's documents folder, and the only person who knows a customer's history is the one on holiday.
Beagle CRM gives a small team one shared place for all of it: every lead, every customer, every quote and invoice, and every email and support case, on the same record.
14-day free trial with every feature. No card required.
Time to switch?
Signs you've outgrown spreadsheets
-
Follow-ups depend on memory.
There's no list of who needs a call this week, so warm leads quietly go cold.
-
Customer history is scattered.
Emails sit in one inbox, notes in another file and invoices in the accounts, so nobody sees the whole picture.
-
Work slips between people.
Handing a customer from sales to delivery to accounts means re-explaining everything, every time.
-
Simple questions take an afternoon.
How much is in the pipeline? Who owes us money? Which customers haven't we spoken to in six months? Each answer means digging.

Questions, answered
Frequently asked questions
- Is Beagle CRM suitable for a very small business?
- Yes. It's built for teams of roughly two to fifty people. There's one plan with every feature, priced per user, so a two-person business pays for two users and gets the whole product.
- How long does it take to get started?
- Most teams are working in it the same day. Start the free trial, add your business details, import customers and leads from the Excel templates, and invite your colleagues.
- Can we bring our data from spreadsheets or another CRM?
- Yes. Download the import template for customers, leads, contacts, products or suppliers, paste your data in, and upload it. From another CRM, export your records first and paste them into the template.
- Do we need someone technical to run it?
- No. There's nothing to install or host, and settings are made in the app by an organisation admin. Help comes from the team that builds Beagle, backed by a full help centre.
- Is our data kept in the UK and under UK GDPR?
- Yes. Your data is stored on servers in the UK, and Beagle CRM is built and run by Beagle Software Ltd, a UK company, under UK GDPR. Every account uses two-factor sign-in, and admins can export your records as spreadsheets at any time.
- What does it cost?
- £29 per user per month, or £290 per user per year, which gives you two months free. Every feature is included and prices exclude VAT. The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no card.
